Ga. Archives in Morrow Ga has all Franklin County, GA info on microfilm. I believe they are open Monday-Saturday.

Franklin County Historical Society in Carnesville, GA has originals. They are only open Tues and Thurs 9-2.

Do have siblings for your George Thrasher? I am a descendant of Mary Jane Thrasher b 1838 Franklin County, GA (later Hart County). She is listed in 1850 census with Randall Thrasher born 1792 Georgia. I've seen other postings that his name was Benedict? I believe he is thought to be the son of Benjamin Thrasher, listed in 1800 Franklin County tax lists.
