James Kinley (b 1799) lived in Franklin County GA in the early 1880's, his wife was named Margaret (b 1804). It is my understanding that they were both born in North Carolina.
I would like to know what Margaret's maiden name was, and when they were married. Death dates, James's fathers name, and where in NC they were born would be a bonus.
The story goes that twelve Kinley brothers from the Isle of Man settled on the southern east coast in the late 1700's. If true, it is possible that James' father or grandfather may have been one of them.
