I believe the Franklin County (Ga) Historical Society has a copy. If you write to them, they will do a lookup for you (and copy applicable page out of the book, if I am not mistaken). It is located in Carnesville, GA and is open on Tues and Thurs only 9:30 AM -2PM (run by volunteers).
