I have an old envelope (no letter) that my grandfather's cousin, Ella M. Powell of Decatur, Ga. received June 30, 1900. The return address had Dr. L. D. Morse of the Southern Sanitarium Atlanta. I would just like know if this was a TB Sanitarium or any other information that someone might have? Notify Administrator about this message?
