This is the wrong Nancy. We know that Nancy Adeline was either mildly retarded or had some mental impairment. She was called Adeline by the family apparently and this is usually how she is found on the census. She was living with step-mother Jane Tippens/Tippens in the 1910 census, but was found on the 1920 census at the Home for Old Women in Fulton County, GA. Jane must have passed away and Adeline was moved to the Home. If we could find out the actual name of the Home and it's location we may be able to locate a hospital/cemetery close to it. In finding either of these we could, hopefully, find a death certificate which would, again hopefully, tell us her birth Mother's name. Thanks for the information though it may come in handy when researching other members of the family.

Sheral
