Hi Stacy,
I have done some reseach on the Clubb family of Glynn county. I have some of the info on my website at
www.soffemartin.com under Martin/Bunkley family, then under Allied Families. Click on link for John Clubb.
I have a James Clubb b.c 1869 as far as I know he never married his parents were James Alexander Clubb and Matilda Florence Harris, (the Josephine Spears mentioned by Amy was this James Clubb's stepmother)
James Alexander Clubb was the son of James A. Clubb and Rebecca Miller.
One of the Clubb's changed his name to Pearson. He has a son James Blaine Clubb Pearson b. March 1879 he married Ruby Lee Tankersley. His father was Elias Clubb Pearson and Julia V. Burns. Elias Clubb's father was James A. Clubb and Rebecca Miller.
