I did not find a Mildred Underwood in the Georgia State Death Index, meaning one of two things, her death wasn't recorded or she didn't die in the state of Georgia. She does not show up in Florida's death index either.
Also, did not find her in any of my cemetery or funeral home records.
She may have moved away just prior to her death. The SSDI only reports the last known address, not necessarily the address they were living at, at the time of their death.
How about writing to the Soc. Security admin. and getting a copy of her application, and if they know where her death was recorded.
