I am looking for information re: Thomas F Phillips, who was living in Gordon Co., GA in the 1850 & 1860 census.
He was married to a woman named Margaret. Thomas fought for the Confederacy -- was captured and released at Vicksburg, MS. He rejoined the Army of TN and was killed
during the Battle of Franklin, TN.
I have hit a wall and can't get any further back on this family line. Any information would be appreciated.
