You are correct in that they moved to Talladega County, Alabama. William Henry Parrott, their son and my 2nd great-grandfather, was a blacksmith and married Malinda Crawford of Tennessee. Their daughter, Anna Harris Parrott, was my great-grandmother. I am trying, with little success, to determine the parents of Matilda Harris and/or James Parrott.
