Early marriage records in Greene County?

I have recently obtained information that my ggggrandfather, John Davidson, married in Green County, GA. The date is 9/1/1791. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me if there is a marriage web site or records in Greene County for early marriages. I have been searching for the name of his wife -- for what seems like forever.

In the same typed information, it continues to say "1789 in Greene Co., Ga. on Richland Cr." I am not sure what this means. Could John have lived on Richland Creek in Greene County? Could it be the family of his wife? Is there a creek by this name?
