Hi Karen,
I don't know if these are your Morris's or not but there is an old cemetary in Winder that dates back to 1820. The H.A. Morris family was very prominent in the area and dedicated a civil war memorial at this cemetary. There is also a middle school and a road named Haymon Morris. I live only 5 minutes from this cemetary so next time I go I can see if any Morris's are buried there.
