There is a series of 25 microfilm rolls listing items taken from the Atlanta newspaper from approx 1860-1930, call Garretts Necrology.
Garretts Necrology is a series of microfilm rolls of hand transcribed items from the Atlanta Constitution newspaper. This was done by Franklin Garrett and coveres from 1860 - 1930 (approximately).

I searched for Charles Woods, but did not find anything. I searched for Georgia Brooks and found the index has a listing for the cemetary she is in, but there were no dates show other than birth date of 7 Dec 1873. There is also a J.G.Brooks, but no dates.
Let me know if you want these or anything else you may need in the Atlanta area.
