William & Nancy Bolling

I am looking for info on the William & Nancy Bolling family. In the 1st or 1820 Census of Habersham Co, GA, entry #177 pg 194: "In 1829 in Habersham County, William Bolling and Absolom Holcomb were the administrators on the estate of William Bolling Deceased, whose home had been on the Hudson River in what is now Banks County, Georgia." When did William die? I have been to the LDS Library in SLC, UT and found numerous entries in Deed books of Wm's land deals. Possible children were: Celia (1798 NC), Merrell (1800 NC), Stephen (1804 NC), William (1806 NC), Willaby (1807 NC) Allen, Nancy (1816)and maybe others. I found a "deed of gift" from Nancy to "my son Allen" dated 1836. Another deed "of dower of land" from Nancy to son William (my gggrandfather) of Cherokee Co dated 1848. Where would these deeds be kept? Could they be copied? I live in TX so I seldom get to that area. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks.
