Fields Military District

In 1832 GA Gold Lottery I had a Jacob and James Helton winning a draw. They were listed as living in Fields Military District of Habersham County.

Back then there were several Captains in charge of different districts. When they died, transfered or got out of the Army the named changed. This got really confusing so they went to a numbering system.
Does anyone know where the Fields District was located?

The county courthouse has no record, I checked from 1819 on up. I checked criminal, civil and deed books
GA state archives has nothing
Habersham Library has nothing
Any Help?
