Liberty Church, (Methodist), early 1800's

I am looking for the current name and address/phone for Liberty Church which existed in the early 1800's. It was most probably a Methodist church attended by the Bell Family. There is a record book that was kept there by Joseph Scott Bell and contains information about the Sunday school attendees there. If anyone knows if this church stills exists, and it's name, please let me know. In my records, the church is said to have been in Jackson Co Georgia, but I believe it may have been very close to the Jackson and Hall counties border.
