William V. Warren, 1843-After 1910, Hall Co., GA

I first find William V. Warren (23) and wife Nancy (24) in the 1870 Census for Hall County, GA. They have two daughters listed, Mary (2) and Francis (5 mos.). In the 1880 Census for Hall County, Mary (11) and Francis (9) are joined by Dorinda (7), Belzona (6), Nancy (4), Amos (3), Julia (2) and Peter (1).
In 1900, still in Hall County, living with William (57) and Nancy (53) are Dorinda (28), Belzona (26), Martha (18), Marion (16) and a mother-in-law whose name looks like "Mrs. Lavina Pinson" (not very sure about that). In 1910, only daughter "Bell" (35) remains with William V. (67) and Nancy M. (64). I believe that Bell is listed as blind.
Does anyone know this family? I am particularly interested in the oldest daughter Mary (L. or E.) Warren. Is this the same Mary Warren who married William McKinney? Any clues appreciated.
