Hello Valerie,
I wished I could tell you where you might find out who "Beckie" might have been before she married Joshua Pruitt. I do believe that it is possible the the Hammond family "may" have come from the same areas as my Crows did, SC and Elbert/Franklin Cos. GA to Hall/Forsyth/Gwinnett Cos. GA and beyound. Perhaps Beckie Unknown did too?

The William C. "Buck" Hammond, Pruitt/Pruett/Prewitt, and my Crow(e) families seemed to be closely related/associated. "Buck" Hammond's son, Wm. Oscar Hammand married into the Kemp family, and the Kemp family also married our Crow(e)s as well.

If you locate Beckie Unknown's family, please do let me know.
