Hello Everyone,
I am doing research on behalf of a friend who was asking me to help her with a question about a Garrison/Brown connection in Hall County (Gainesville Georgia).
In the Alta Vista Cemetary in Gainesville, Georgia There is a Martha Elizabeth Garrison (born February 4, 1856 and died May 26, 1862) and a Willey Robert Garrison (born May 7, 1858- died January 28, 1862). These individuals were originally buried in the Brown Family Cemetary and then their remains were transferred to Alta Vista Cemetary in the 20's around the time the Wheeler Hotel was being constructed etc.
My Friend believes that these two individauls were related to Minor Win Brown since they were buried in the Brown Family Cemetary originally. However, she can not figure out their connection. Have any of you by chance come across these names in your research and know how they are connected to the Brown Family? Also do you know who their Parents or grandparents were etc?
I would greatly appreciate any information or leads that anyone would have to offer on these individuals or whom we could contact who might know the answers.
