Hi Kelley,
This cemetery is on private property, leased for a hunting club and they request you sign a waiver of release before you enter the property. I don't remember who the hunt club is but they have a "check in" board for their membership and you might could leave information there and someone contact you about a time you could go to the cemetery. Here are rough directions.
Hwy 52N to Hwy 283 turn right go to the 5 way stop at Holly Springs Baptist Church turn right onto Belton Bridge Rd. go about 2-3 miles entrance to property is on your left with a gate. If you travel down Belton Bridge Rd to Persimmon Rd on the right you've gone to far. When you get on the property you walk down the dirt road about 150 to 200 yds take the right fork in the road maybe another 50 to 75 yds unmarked trail to the right is the cemetery about 50 yds into the woodline.
