From the book:
The Macedonia Primitive Baptist Church was constituted Sept. 24, 1840 in Carroll County. The Church is located in Land Lots 110,111, & 138 in the 7th District of present Haralson County. The Constituting Presbytery Elders were Elders Henry Haynes, James Majors, Johathan Holcombe and Richard Chandler.

As far as Lindsey Chandler all is states about him (on page 56 same book was that he was an Early Settler, during the first five or six years of Carroll County and that this area later became Haralson County, GA. He was shown as an the first Justices of the Inferior Court.
