I am looking for the location of the Maddox-Wisdom house, Salem Community, in Troup or Harris Co., GA. There is a family cemetery located near the house. Would this be located near Salem United Methodist Church? Is the house still standing?
Also, I am looking for the location of Lot 140, Harris Co., GA mentioned in a deed. Could the Courthouse tell me where this land is located? According to a deed dated 1890 there is a cemetery located on this property.
