I don't think you can purchase this book unless someone private has it for sale. They do have a copy at the Harris County Library in Hamilton, GA. I believe I asked about trying to purchase a copy once before and the librarian at the time said that it might go back into publication but she wasn't sure. She also said that if the publishing company that is listed in the front of the book is still in existance that they might be contacted for a copy. But I haven't followed up on that.
