Daniel Graddick was born in SC in abt. 1788. He had a letter not picked up in the Harris Co. P.O. in 1832, was in the 1850, 1860 and 1870 Federal Census in Harris County. He was married to a Mary ______. She was not present after the 1850 census. He is the father of Lovick Graddick, Reddick Graddick, Martha Graddick, Turner Graddick, Charlotte Graddick, Cynthis Graddick, Porter Graddick and Acenthia P. Graddick. Lovick married Darnella Richardson in Harris Co., Ga. 18 Jul 1848, they were still there in the 1870 Harris County census. Reddick moved to Pike County before 1850 and married Millicent W. Barnes. Turner moved to Tennesse by 1864. Cynthia married Thomas Hamby in Harris Co., in 1842 and Porter married mary Lynch in Harris Co., in 1854. Porter went on to died in the Civil War in Richmond, VA. And is buried in that area. I am trying to locate the graves of Daniel Graddick and any of his family other then Reddick and Porter. Please contact me at sukochlee@yahoo.com
