Response to your e-mail about a location in and around
Bowersville that a James Alexander Cheek might have lived
I have a very old map constructed for various locations such as Hall's, ShoalCreek, Town, Ray's, McCurry,etc.

I did find a B. Cheek close to the county line of Hall's and Franklin county. Could this be the location for you?
