Elizabeth Short/Joseph Henderson married?

Does anyone have information on Elizabeth Short, born 1838 to Robert and Mary Dawson Short? In 1840 and 1850, they were in Heard Co.,GA, but moved on to Arkansas.
Did Elizabeth marry Joseph Henderson about 1855(also in Heard Co. in 1850)? He married an "Elizabeth M. R." born in 1838. I haven't been able to find marriage information on them to find out if Elizabeth Short did marry Joseph.

I would really appreciate any help on them and will gladly share the info I have.
