There was a John Moore who witnessed the marriage of Tinch or Tench Farrow and Penelope West in Bertie co NC in 1802. Tinch Farrow married Jane Echols Ray in 1818 in Jasper co Ga. Jane was the widow of Solomon Ray who died in 1813 in Jasper co Ga. John Moore was surety for the estate of Solomon Ray and then asked to be reloeased from that responsibility for some reason. Would anyone know if that was tesame John Moore? Thnmks
