Does anyone have any information on Walter N. Jernigan and wife, Verlie Mae West who were in Hazelhurst, Jeff Davis CO, GA about 1966? They lived at A. Morgan Road, Lakewood Acres in Hazelhurst, GA at the time their daughter Susan Mae was born. Walter was born in New Valley, GA. The above information was taken from his daughter Susan Mae Jernigan's delayed birth certificate. The family may consist of approximately 7 girls and one boy. Susan seeks information on her family. She was given up at birth and has lived in foster homes all of her life. She thinks that two of her sisters might have possibly been named Gladys and Annette. She would appreciate any information that anyone may be able to provide.
