My uncle, Herbert Hampton Mixon, married Ina Jewell James, daughter of Charles F. James, on Oct 30, 1929 in Jenkins Co. This marriage is my only connection with the James Family.
However, in some of my late father's photographs I found a picture of three young women who look to be between 16-25. On the back someone wrote "James girls, June 1921, Perkins, Ga".
I am trying to identify these girls and would like to correspond with anyone familiar with the James Family in Jenkins Co...Emily Mixon Pentecost
