Thanks for your response; I had about forgotten about the post, it had been so long ago. Answer to your question, no, I was never able to find anyone that had any information. Quick background; Leila Marsh was living with her grandson, J. W. Sasser in Millen at the time of her death. I was attempting to track down Leila's daughter, Alva Davis, who I learned had at one time been married to a Mr. Sasser. I am still very much interested in any information on Alva Davis Sasser, and her children and/or child. I must point out that Alva Davis was married several times. I know of her being married to: Mr. Preston West, Mr. Deal, Mr. Sasser, and Mr. Dean Larisey. Mr. Deal was her last husband as her obituary of 07 Mar 1980, was headed as Alva Larisey Deal. The order of the other husbands are unknown. I would be very appreciative of any information that you are willing to share on the Sasser family that connects to Avla Davis Sasser.
