Need information from early Jenkins or Burke County, GA newspapers.
Interested in Lillie TOOMBS whose place of death was Jenkins County, GA. She was murdered on 11 April 1925 - her death was caused by having her head almost severed from her body. The person listed as her murderer was Willie White.
Lillie Toombs was African-American; Willie White was White.
Anyone with access to old newspapers/library who can help, accept my thanks in advance for any information you can provide.
