Is there anyone out there researching the Williamson families that lived in Laurens Co, Ga in the 1800's? I have been frantically searching for the parents of Elizabeth Williamson. The 1850 census for Laurens Co, Ga shows that she was born abt 1810 in SC. She married Reuben Warren in 1844 and died abt 1853 in Laurens Co, Ga, so the only thing I have found her listed on is the marriage record and the 1850 census.
On the 1840 census there is an elderly William Williamson with an elderly woman in the household. Does anyone have any information on this William Williamson? It may be a longshot but could he possibly be her father and this Lucy Williamson, her mother??
