Posted by: Edward King (ID *****5522) Date: November 03, 2009 at 13:51:13   of 30500 There is a land deed that was recorded by the registrar in Stokes County, NC in 1802 for property sold by Benejah King who was then a resident of Bucks County, Ga. My first thoughts were that it should be Butts County but a history of that county says that it was not organized until 1825. Can anyone help me with this?
