CROMWELL SLOCUMB - Webster & Colquitt Co's, Georgia

Greetings.

Seeking anyone who might be able to help me with a line I am stuck on:

CROMWELL SLOCUMB - who was born in (I think !) Webster County, Georgia about 1856. He was found in the 1900 and 1910 census in Colquitt County, Georgia.

He may have had a father named "Madison" and a mother named "Georgia."

He married a woman named "Iola" - and had children: Alvin, Sheats (Eric ?), Neon, Estel L., and Ora May.

Thanks much for any help !

Steve Guthrie
