I am trying to determine if the Mary S. listed as the wife of Berry Loftis in the 1870 census is Mary Scott Jones Rogers widow of Robert Rogers. three Rogers children are listed with this family: Jackson, Robert and Eady. In the next household of Susan Jones 60 are three more Rogers children: Ritty, John and James. There is also a John Boyd in this household. I will appreciate any help ayone can be. I would like a record of the marriage of Berry Loftis and Mary S., if it exists.
