I have requested that GenForum add a Webster County, GA forum.
The county records for Webster were lost in a fire in the early 1900's.
We need to re-establish an opportunity to restore whatever information that can be gathered on Webster County, GA families.
My particular family of interest is COOPER, migrating from NC to Stewart Co., GA, part of which later became Kinchefoonee County, and then Webster, with the county seat of Preston.
