After the fact, I mentioned your query to my parents and they gave information I did not know. Depending on what your need is, it may be important. For decades there was a post office on the main road to Blairsville that was called the Loudsville Post Office. This post office was not on what was called the Loudsville Road. John Henry Jarrard operated a store across the road from this post office. The location was several miles from the Loudsville Methodist Church...but there was another Methodist Church closer to the post office, Mount Pleasant Methodist. If we want to really confuse the matter, the Town Creek School was located on a hill top behind the post office but within site of what is now the Blue Ridge district polling place. The county has a community called Town Creek too, but it is further west. My 87-year old father attended the Town Creek school behind the Loudsville Post Office on the Blairsville Road. If you are looking for a Methodist church connected with the name Loudsville you may need to check both locations. Sorry about the incomplete reply given earlier.
