Zachariah Winfield Bizzell, son of Henry Nathaniel and Mary (Collins?), was born Nov. 1849 in Barbour Co., AL. At the 1850 Barbour census, he was listed with his parents. At the 1870 census, he was married to Annie E., and they were living in the Pineapple district of Wilcox Co., AL. with the Jesse Kyzer family. She was born 1850 in AL. They migrated to TX ca 1874 and, at the 1880 census, were listed in Freestone Co.
At the 1900 Williamson Co., TX census, 2 nephews and 2 nieces were living with them: Maurice born 1885, Belle born 1888 and Mary L. born 1889. The other nephew was John H. Mariner, not a Bizzell. We believe John H. Mariner was a son of Elizabeth, sister to Zachariah. Also, Maurice, Belle and Mary L. were children of William W. who must have been deceased
