I meant that the search device now is working again. Ken sent a message and they fixed the problem. Perhaps the folks that handle email queries know more than those who handle the phone calls? Perhaps "REINDEX" is not the term I should use when describling the problem---when the "search for" device does not list the terms as requested. Notify Administrator about this message?
