Della,

Printing family cards from the File menu is a problem area because for some people they do not print properly. A workaround is to use the Print Screen key on your keyboard to copy an image of the normal family card to your Windows clipboard, and then Paste the image into a word processor such as Wordpad and print from there. I realise that is a one at a time process and is time consuming if you have hundreds to print. The upside is that they are high quality and in colour.
