Trevor Rix gave me the solution to this "notes-crashing" problem. The culprit for me was a conflict between Generations and 1-Click Answers. I uninstalled Answers and my problem was solved.
I see Tony Beardshaw is providing solutions at the present time. If he doesn't get to your inquiry soon, I'll write back and try to help you with Trevor's information. I'd rather Tony do it because he's more capable than I.
