Thank you for your reply--I must be very dense, because I still do not understand what benefit upgrading and adding a patch will do for me.

I am currently running Windows XP & Generations 8.0 and the only problem I have, is when I print out a family group sheet, several lines at the bottom of the page type over each other-instead of going on to the next page.

WHAT does the patch and the 8.5 offer that I am not receiving?
