Hi Janice

The printing problem you have come across is the main reason for upgrading. There is no new functionality to the program and if you are prepared to put up with the printing errors then it may not be worth your while to upgrade. On the otherhand if the printing malfunction becomes an issue then the 8.5a upgrade will sort things out.
