Thanks Alan for the suggestion.
I tried, but still had the same problem. Your suggestion did make me continue to experiment with other buttons. Eventually, I unchecked the the Initial caps button for the Name in Edit Person and then I was able to change the 'S to 's. For some odd reason when the Initial caps button is checked Or unchecked it turns the Initial caps on Or off for every name in my generations program. It never did that before. So when the Initial caps button is checked it is not just serving as a caps criteria for the name but also for the Events for every person. It does not recognize the apostrophe and treats the S as an initial or beginning of a new word thus capitalizing it. I can only surmise that something has occurred since a Window or other program auto update on my computer.
