You asked about showing relationships of people to a root person within the Generations program.

You may turn this on by going to the ‘Relationships…’ option under the ‘List’ menu. The system will ask you who you want to do the relationships for. Eg the male or female person. Once the system has indexed it for you then the relationship to the root person will shop up on their ancestors and their descendants.
