Exporting gedcom problem

Hi, I am having problems when I gedcom my generations family tree to another program ie.Genes Reunited.
The tree plan with all of the names go through OK,but there are no dates or notes at all.I've tried gedcomming to other programs and the same thing happens.I have got Generations Family tree version 8.5a,Cheers Les
