I am glad to see that Trusteer Rapport have got in touch. I had the same problem, so I disdabled Rapport and the problem went away. I emailed Trusteerabd the reply from them was

"We will reproduce the problem in our lab and find a fix for it. We will notify you when it is fixed.
In the meantime I suggest you start Rapport only when conducting sensitive operations on the internet such as on-line banking and stop Rapport afterward.

You can stop and start Rapport through Start > Programs > Trusteer Rapport .

We apologize for the inconvenience.

I hope they are not too long fixing it.
