DANIEL, MY NAME IS ROY BLAKE GILLELAND. MY GREAT-GREAT GRANDFATHERS NAME WAS DANIEL GILLELAND AND CAME TO TEXAS IN 1823 AND WAS GIVEN THREE SPANISH LAND GRANTS BY THE EMPEROR OF MEXICO HIM AND MY GRANDMOTHER CAME TO TEXAS AS ONE OF THE ORIGINAL 300 FAMILIES BROUGHT FROM VIRGINIA TO HELP THE MEXICAN FARMERS RID THEMSELVES OF THE INDIANS AND WAS BROUGHT HERE BY STEVEN F AUSTIN'S SON IN 1823 PLEASE RESPOND THANK YOU ROY B. GILLELAND
