Abbott Goddard by Gayle Williams of 1795 We have been trying to locate a John Goddard who was from, according to family story, MO or Ohio? He too was a minister with the Methodist Church and married a Anna Gene sheckels. He is said to have attended a school in St. Louis MO to become a minister in the church. No possitive birth date so he may have been born 20 to 30 yrs before his marriage in 1881. they moved to IA and had 4 children then moved on to Wa. He was ordained Aug 14 1893.
