The easiest way to establish the name of Frank George Goddard's father would be to obtain a copy of Frank's marriage certificate.

The marriage of Frank George Goddard to Doris Ethel Hammond was registered at Portsmouth in the June Qtr of 1932, Vol. 2b, Page 1163. You can order the certificate online at www.gro.gov.uk The cost would be 7 Pounds and you would have it in 7 to 14 days.

I suspect that Frank's birth was registered at Farnham in the Dec. Qtr. of 1908 but, with any luck, the marriage certificate will also show his age which would help to confirm this
