SUBJECT
This is a Memorandum of Agreement in which Charles Goddard borrows £70 from William Verrall and gives some property title deeds as security. (There is no clue given as to what or where the property may be).
A Memorandum was added on 10 November 1891 to say that the loan had been repaid.
